The learning focus transitions from financial analysis, investment valuation, portfolio management and their application in Level I to asset valuation and comprehension in Level II. Emphasises on Investment valuation, Industry and company analysis. The Level II exam consists of 20 item sets – 10 on the morning session of the exam and 10 on the afternoon session. Each item set consists of a vignette (or case statement) and six multiple choice items (questions).
